We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to provide great customer service to our residents, direction for the onsite staff and partner with our community advocates to create a thriving, safe and vibrant location to call "home". The chosen candidate will manage 600 7th Street, which is opening in summer 2024 and will provide around 200 units of affordable housing to area individuals and families in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will have experience with supervising, coaching staff, understand Tax Credit and Leasing Up processes and have experience working with the formerly unhoused.
This position includes a 2-bedroom unit, conveniently located near public transportation.

Pay: $72,225-84,000/salary DOE

Duties:
- Collect rent on time and meet set benchmarks.
- Maintain occupancy levels at or above budgeted levels.
- Ensure regulatory programs' rent allowances are attained.
- Follow property budgets and manage expenses effectively.
- Regularly review expenses to adhere to budgeted guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years as a manager of multi-family affordable housing.
- Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and tenant laws.
- Experience generating property budgets and managing affordable housing developments, including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
- High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in property or affordable housing management.
- Exposure to/familiarity with community organizing, services, and programs.
Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
