Responsibilities:

Personalized Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
- Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering emotional support and companionship to brighten their days.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients' health conditions, ensuring timely intervention and medical assistance when needed.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences, promoting their overall well-being.
- Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Mobility Support: Assist clients with mobility exercises to enhance their independence and prevent falls.
- Community Engagement: Encourage and assist clients in participating in social and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and joy.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient personality
Compensation and Benefits:

Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly. Additional rates available on a case-by-case basis, up to $30/hr!
