POSITION SUMMARY
National Positions, a rapidly-growing digital marketing agency located in Los Angeles, CA is looking to add to our SEO Department. National Positions is seeking a full-time (40-hour a week) SEO Technical Account Manager that has comprehensive knowledge about search engine optimization, conversion analysis and other aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will emphasize SEO strategy, execution and communication for clients. Our SEO Technical Account Manager takes proactive ownership of the SEO goals and performance of the websites they’re assigned—building ongoing strategies and plans to grow targeted organic traffic while coordinating to ensure the work accomplished meets goals and forecasts set. We are looking for someone to start immediately. This is a great opportunity in a high-tech space for a motivated and flexible person who has good communication, leadership and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicates, develops and implements SEO strategies for up to 15 accounts.
- Analyzing keyword research to determine strategic SEO goals to help with Organic rankings and traffic.
- Maintaining regular communication with all clients including building client relationships.
- Developing, delivering and going over monthly/quarterly/yearly metrics reports with clients.
- Creating/custom tailoring an overall client digital marketing campaign strategy for SEO and best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis of competitor websites as well as other ecommerce and content sites to identify keyword, content and user experience gaps.
- Performs technical audits on client websites to advise and execute changes needed to increase and optimize site performance.
- Use SEO knowledge to provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and webpages.
- Plans out and executes on Technical SEO including Image Alt Tags, Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, 404 errors, redirect errors, internal linking, and other on-page SEO tactics.
- Creates onsite content plans with SEO keywords, H-tags for the writers to create content for.
- Overseeing the SEO content strategy and collaborates with the content team on keywords/topics to go after for blog content.
- Develops the strategy around link-building including the anchor texts and targeted URLs. This strategy then gets executed to our link building team.
- Makes recommendations on how to improve the conversions for sites through Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Organization skills.
- At least 2 year of SEO experience and Account Manager experience.
- Has hands-on experience working inside of Google Analytics (GA-4) and Google Console.
- Knows how to implement SEO strategies in Wordpress, Woocommerce and Shopify
- Has experience with Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Knowledge in SEO tools, such as SEMRush, Moz, LinkResearchTools, Buzzsumo
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written Strong technical skills including excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word.
- Is proactive
- Can work closely with numerous omni-channel teams including Sales, PPC, Social Media, and Content team.
- Can work with a team for Omni-channel digital marketing growth for clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
