This Financial Services Representative position works Monday – Friday (Saturday rotation as scheduled), with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.
Scott Credit Union is pleased to announce a Hiring Bonus for the Financial Services Representative at the Evergreen Park Branch of up to $1,000! Following 6 months of employment, $500* will be paid with payroll. Following 12 months of employment, an additional $500* will be paid with payroll.
- To receive a hiring bonus, an employee must hold the role at the time of payout and must satisfactorily meet performance standards.

The Day to Day as a Financial Services Representative
Financial Services Representatives are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by engaging with members and educating them on the products and services SCU has to offer. A typical day will look like:

Providing customer service to SCU members

Processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, opening and closing of accounts, etc., efficiently and accurately

Operating computer to accurately post transactions, balance transactions, and access and update account information

Identifying, educating, and presenting SCU products and services to new and existing members

Recognizing cross sale opportunities through needs based financial conversations and referring members to mortgage, business lending/services and investments

Ensuring consistent delivery of SCU’s member engagement model by leveraging technology including tablets, enhanced ATM’s, and other digital service channels

Working to meet individual sales and operational goals as well as assisting the branch team in achieving branch goals

Fostering and maintaining relationships with members

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.19- $23.54 hourly
