Job Summary:

The role is primarily focused on supporting mechanical and electrical maintenance for Operations and Production, emphasizing troubleshooting, repair, and preventative measures. It involves coaching junior technicians, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards for a seamless production environment.
Job Duties:

Conduct complex mechanical and electrical tasks including breakdown analysis, equipment rebuilds, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Collaborate in cross-functional improvement teams and provide mentorship to fellow technicians

Perform root cause failure analysis and recommend appropriate resolution.

Interpret blueprints and manuals to execute maintenance tasks effectively

Ensure adherence to safety standards and report any food safety issues to leadership
Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in an Industrial Mechanic or Electrician role, preferably in the food industry

Strong communication skills and ability to promote teamwork and collaboration

Proven ability to analyze and resolve various technical problems efficiently and effectively, demonstrating adaptability and accountability.
