**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This role involves working with patients to help them recover from injuries and illnesses, regain movement, and manage pain. **Duties:** - Implement treatment plans developed by the physical therapist - Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities - Monitor and document patient progress - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques - Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions - Collaborate with the physical therapist to modify treatment plans as needed **Qualifications:** - Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Experience or interest in working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, acute care, orthopedics, and occupational health - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
