We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fulfillment Center Site Leader to manage our 3rd Party Fulfillment Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients’ fulfillment needs are met with efficiency, accuracy, and excellence. The Fulfillment Center Site Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fulfillment center’s operations, including safety performance and compliance, team management, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. This role is 100% onsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety and proactively address any issues.

Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and addressing any issues promptly.

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of client orders.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring: Lead through and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

Inventory Control: Ensure accurate and efficient processes to support healthy inventory management, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

P&L responsibility: Manage performance to the site’s overall P&L plan, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting financial targets.

Technology Integration: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and achievements to senior management

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment center operations or logistics, with at least 3 years in an elevated leadership role. Experience in a 3rd party logistics (3PL) environment is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software.

Working Conditions:

Environment: Work will primarily be in a warehouse/fulfillment center setting with some office work.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required to other sites or for support, training, and development purposes. Travel less than 25% and primarily local.
