We at Pekin Animal Hospital are looking for an exceptional customer service representative to be one of the first points of contact for our clinic. You will need to work well with others and be compassionate and understanding with our clients whether it be in person, on the phone or by email. As a CSR you will be working closely with the technicians and doctors to schedule appointments, surgeries and drop offs. A few of the main responsibilities of a CSR will be the opening and closing of the clinic and day to day business of checking clients in and out. You will also be responsible for accepting all forms of payment including credit cards, cash and checks.
As a CSR you must have strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. You will need to be proficient in data entry and able to pick up and learn our veterinary software (EzyVet). Must be dependable, a team player and most importantly be on time.
Some veterinary experience is beneficial but not required. Customer service skills are a MUST.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
