We are looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler to manage our front desk, perform a variety of clerical tasks, and schedule homeowner inspections.
Duties:

Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, provide basic and accurate information in person, and via phone/email, and perform some light housekeeping.

Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according

Become proficient in the DASH Restoration scheduling software

Organizes appointments, collects customer information, and manage technicians' assignments in the software

Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve customer issues

Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Knowledge about microbial growth, water intrusion, and radon, or a willingness to learn about it

Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Microsoft Excel and Word experience a plus
