Responsibilities

Receives and issues a receipt for cash, checks and credit card payments, following the procedure set out for accepting payment (e.g., checks verified, etc.)
- Refers customers who have additional questions or complaints to the service advisor or other appropriate person.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean.
- Files customer records in a way to protect customer information.
- Verify customer insurance by contacting or going online with insurance companies.
- Communicate with staff and manager regarding all issues going on with vehicles or customers.
- Communicate by phone, and email to customers and staff
- Run daily and monthly reports as needed.
- Daily deposits.
- Mail out letters
- Communicate with insurance agents regarding insurance claims, keep records of conversations and follow up when necessary.
Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must-have
- Ability and willingness to learn on the job and adapt as needed.
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1 year minimum of Customer Service Experience
