What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Analyze trends of key performance indicators and identify the cause of unexpected variances.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for management and senior executives.
- Modify/update budget templates.
- Integrate budgeting tools with ERP system.
- Conduct General Ledger account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with financial planning and forecasting.
- Assist with implementing business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years as a financial analyst or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, VBA, and other financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Proficiency In SQL and experience with ERP database systems
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
