We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will play a critical role in overseeing the company’s ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's long-term goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, technology, and administration, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, optimize financial performance, and drive profitability.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Innovation: Promote innovation and the adoption of new technologies to improve operational processes and enhance competitiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the human services/health care.
