As we embark on this unique journey, we are looking for a Director of Sales who will play a pivotal role in building our sales foundation from the ground up.
Position Overview:As a Sales Director at MØDE Work, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by overseeing the sales of private offices and memberships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to attract and retain members. This includes setting up programs and processes for calling warm leads, following up with potential members, and converting leads into sales.
MØDE Work is a dynamic coworking space offering private offices and memberships tailored to professionals' needs. With a vibrant community and state-of-the-art facilities, we provide an inspiring environment where ideas thrive and connections flourish.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for private offices and memberships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand MØDE Work's member base through proactive lead generation and outreach efforts.
- Manage and lead a team of member services sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with current and prospective members, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in selling office space or memberships preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
