Plumbing Designer/Master Plumber

o Our Plumbing Designer/Master Plumber will be responsible for assessing wastewater systems, assisting with the design of recommended solutions, and approving plumbing work done by our operations team.

- o Live in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Minnesota while working remotely 1-3 days per week andtraveling 2-3 days per week.
What is excellence for our Plumbing Designer/Master Plumber?
- Accurately assess existing wastewater systems
- o Utilize scope systems to identify and recommend wastewater system upgrades.
- Assist and approve best in class plumbing design
- o Consult with the design team to ensure plumbing plan is to code and practical for installation
- Consult with operations team to ensure efficient executiono Oversee plumbing connection phase of projects and permit approval
Qualifications
Master Plumbers license in MN, WI, or IL.
Candidate with licenses in all three states or 2 of three states should expect higher starting comp package.
Candidate must be willing acquire plumbing licenses in all three states if the candidate does not already possess all three licenses.
A candidate with food and beverage wastewater experience is preferred.
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% and be willing to work some weekends.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and must be able to pass pre- employment background, credit check and drug screening. We maintain a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace.

The Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with the strength and experience of the candidate. The expected salary range is between $100,000-$150,000 USD per year, plus a generous benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, health savings account, and 401(k) plan. A company laptop, company vehicle, and mobile phone will also be provided.________________
