Ayuda was founded by ABA professionals who want to contribute create a healthy and supportive work environment for clients and the whole team. We are a company that implements ABA strategies to the inside of the company because after all, reinforcement works for all of us !
Ayuda is more focused on retention than expansion, therefore, we actively listen to our team members and try to make the job as reinforcing as possible! We know this is a HARD job and we truly believe that RBTs are the heart and engine of this wonderful mechanism that helps and improves so many lives.

ONLY PART-TIME POSITIONS AT THE MOMENT!
LOOKING FOR A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE?
- Providing choices is one of the most used startegies on our field; therefore, you will choose your clients based on proximity and availability!
- We only offer services from Monday to Friday (keeping a healthy work-life balance is a priority!)
- Only interested in part time? That's okay with us. We know that the time you are on session you will give a 100% to your clients.
- You are interested on also working for a different company while working with us? That's okay. We love healthy competition and will make sure you get to love working with us.
- You will be require to drive to client's home's or achool and in between clients, however, a gas bonus will be automaticly add to your bi-weekly paycheck. The gas bonus adds $1.00 for every hour you work, aside from your regular rate! That way you won't need to submit any paperwork for miles-reimbursement.
YOUR DUTIES
- BE ABSOLUTEDLY AWESOME! And by that we mean, be the best RBT in the room. Be also a great human being. Respect your clients and treat them with dignity and compassion.
- Implement behavior intervention plans as written by your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); they spent a lot of time at school and might know a thing or two .
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy in the designated setting.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior timely and accurately!
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs/ strategies as written in the BSP.
- Write your session notes as the PRO you are! We will train you!
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans, after all, you are the eyes and hand of the program and... you also know your stuff!
- Maintain a safe, ethical, professional and supportive environment for clients and other team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be willing to drive. Even though we work hard to keep driving time as low as possible, you might need to drive!
- RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred (the BACB requires it).
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow protocols and work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 28 per week
