Signature Companies is looking for detail oriented independent contractors (1099) to complete a quality review of insurance inspection reports for high value homes. This review ensures accuracy of the information in the report such as the sketch of the home, necessary photos and photo labels, and reported details of the property. Ideal candidate will be self-starting, self-motivated and self-directed.
Experience in quality review/ analysis for residential Insurance Inspections, Insurance Adjusting, Home Appraisals, Real Estate or Construction industry is required. Experience using Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD or other diagramming programs will be helpful in your review of sketches.
As a Quality Assurance Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing inspection reports completed by our field consultant across the country. Signature will provide you with training and support to learn the requirements that must be reviewed for each inspection report. Our experienced and dedicated management team will provide mentoring to help you learn and excel at Signature Companies. Details of position:
• Work from your home office.
• Professionally interact with internal team members and field consultants as needed when questions or clarifications needs arise.
• Review property surveys on high value homes as per customer specific guidelines and procedures.
• Review proper identification and documentation of the construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home.
• Review measurements/ sketches of the home and other structures on the property for accurate reporting.
• Review the estimated replacement value of the home and major hazards.
• Escalate questions or concerns to management as needed.
Requirements and Tools needed:
• Prior quality assurance review for the insurance inspection industry is required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Prior inspection, construction, or underwriting experience on residential homes is desirable.
• Loss control inspection experience is desirable.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must have a personal phone and computer with reliable internet access.
Fully remote
Compensation is issued twice per month, and independent contractors are paid per inspection report reviewed.
