Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential management, event planning, and property management. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple tasks. The position is Monday-Friday, 45-50 hours per week. Ability to work on weekends as needed required.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing family affairs for high net worth individuals
- Experience in property / vendor management
- Experience managing schedules and household staff
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Managing a household budget
- Experiencing arranging travel
- 5+ years in vendor management
- 5+ years working with children
Knowledge & Skills:
- Well-developed organization, process management
- Good analytical skills and expense management
- Online banking
- Microsoft office
- Bachelor’s Degree
Capacity & Character:
- Friendly, Positive energy and attitude
- Self starter / quick to move things forward
- Flexible schedule & availability on weekends as needed
- Capacity to make decisions with little direction / works independently
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of household staff
- Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
