Job Expectations (In order of importance)
Prospecting/ Marketing
- NEED to spend AT LEAST an hour a day marketing
- This is a BRAND not a construction company
- What are we doing to push the company forward?
- Email Matt each morning @ 8am CT - What did you do yesterday, what are your plans for today and any plans you have for tomorrow.
- REVENUE is a TOP PRIORITY
- Ask for referrals from past clients.
- Nurture relationships with clients.
- Ask client reviews after the job is completed.
- Send out Google reviews out
- Send out "Thank You" cards to Matt's friends (once a month) and clients (once job is complete)
- Marketing Events - Organize and prepare for marketing events ( ex: Sponsoring Fights, Races, Community Events, Schools, Booths at Farmers Market, Real Estate happy hour, Networking events for Matt ) per fiscal year.
- Once a week communicating with the bookkeeper as well as CPA to get a pulse on the business.
Contracts/ Invoices
- Invoices need to be received same day from sub-contractors (when they walk the job they should be sending to you invoices to you same day - stay on top pf them)
- Actively building subcontractor files
- Notice of non-payment if file is not completed within.
- Files need to be audited once a month
- Contracts to be completed within 2 hours of receipt.
- Send out to the client - Same Day
- Contract is up to date and being evaluated consistently for better output.
- Pay subcontractors with a reasonable amount of time (when contract dictates with each employee)
Social Media
- Checking in with the marketing team to ensure social media is up to date.
- Checking with the Social Media team to push the ball forward weekly.
Company Standards
These are core elements to the company and they are non-negotiable
- Every Monday 12p - 1p CT: Company Meeting - What did we accomplish last week, this week, and what are our plans for next week.
- Work Hours: 8a - 5p CT: You are readily available to perform job duties.
- Communication: ALL communication to be responded to within 30 mins of receipt.
- Requested time off timeline will be discussed 7-10 days prior to start of vacation date
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
