Chris Hauser has immediate openings for a full-time Customer Service Representative. This is a growth opportunistic position focused on Customer Service for a well-established agency.
P&C License necessary, If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
Opportunities for first year bonus in addition to salary.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, phone transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Use multiple carrier websites and client management software simultaneously while on the phone with a customer
- Keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and appropriately electronically file documents
