Job Summary
We have an open position at our fast growing aftermarket wheel manufacturing company! This position requires a high energy individual who is able to provide customer service in a friendly and outgoing manner, and loves cars! Voxx has a team environment on-site, with fulltime 40 hours per week for this position. Must have previous experience in the automotive industry.

General Accountabilities:
· Processes customer purchase orders of the company’s products or services during inbound phone calls.
· Projects a warm, inviting and trustworthy image on the phone.
· Prepares bids and quotes for manager’s review before processing to customer.
· Answers customer inquiries (Stock check, Order Status Update, etc.)
Customer Service
· Handle inbound phone calls, logs into the software frequently to download and print daily orders, process and send all daily special orders to the warehouse, provides back up to customers regarding open orders, updates Customer Service Issue logs, provides reports to management.
· Process returns – create RGA forms and handle any follow-up regarding return.
· Provides frequent reports to management in regard to call volumes, inquiries and overall customer service trends in order to improve customer service.
Department Support – Entry Level
· Processes customer purchase orders for company’s products during in-bound phone calls. Project a warm inviting and trustworthy image; prepares bids and quotes for management’s review and answers customer inquiries over the phone or via e mail.
· Process sales orders to be reviewed by lead or VP of Sales prior to forwarding to the warehouse team.
· Account management – Assist new prospects in setting up accounts, obtaining the most up to date marketing materials (catalogs, spec sheets, product information).
· Update CRM contact tools under guidance of lead/VP of Sales.
· Coordinates and sends new location/customer info packets.
· Process API and EDI transactions for large house accounts.
· Regularly updates business to business portals for specific accounts.
· Assists in allocating large LTL sales orders.
· Assists lead in communications with smaller accounts and other sales related tasks.
· Handles email communications with non-house accounts regarding order status.
· Set up new customers with online login credentials to Voxx website.
· Updates orders and pending P.O.s.
· Matches images with part numbers.
Other
· Handle other various tasks as requested by management (including excess specials lists, customer sales packets, item price lists, generates shipping labels, etc.).
Skills
- Must prove ability to learn and understand basic automotive brake and suspension components and how they relate to the tire and wheel operation on passenger and light truck vehicles.

Job Qualifications
· Must be a high energy individual.
· Tire and wheel experience a HUGE plus.
· Must know Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Experience with NetSuite helpful.
Daily Tasks:
· Process high volume of orders received.
· Create Picklist for warehouse teams.
· Cross-checking orders for accuracy.
· Process shipping labels (UPS, FED Ex, GSO) for warehouse teams.
· Handle high volume of inbound customer service calls and inquiries.
· Able to understand the product in order to offer an alternate product when SKU not available.
· We thrive on customer service and shipping orders quickly; the CSR I must work in an effective, fast-paced manner in a team environment.
