About the Role:
As the Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee and manage all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and customer service. Reporting directly to the President/COO, you will supervise the Directors of Marketing, Service, Accounting, and Maintenance. This is a Leadership Team role with the Senior Director of Marketing/Sales and the Senior Director of Finance as peers. This position is on a VP-track, with potential for growth within 12-24 months.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Operational Leadership: Oversee, optimize, and manage all aspects of property management operations, ensuring seamless integration of leasing, maintenance, financial management, and customer service.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in concert with the Leadership Team to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of directors and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development and growth.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives, driving synergy and alignment across the organization.

Required Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
