Job Summary:
The Portal Management Team is responsible for handling portal communications and cases regarding 1P and 3P Portals. They also provide solutions to fit individualized situations and prioritize the customer’s needs at each step of the process.
Essential Functions:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to better assist dealers and customers.

Check Outlook periodically for new emails and notifications from cases to ensure resolutions have been provided in a timely manner.

Update Portal (s) throughout the day.

Knowledge of Salesforce to provide accurate information.

Meet personal/customer service team daily goals.

Able to work in a team environment.

Product knowledge.

Evaluate customer needs to determine the strategy most effective in meeting their requirements.
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year customer service experience.

Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Multitasking and organizational skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of emails, chatters, and cases daily.

Excellent time-management skills.
Education and Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Customer Service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
