Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems and network infrastructure. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily aspects of user security, role based and domain, providing guidance and assistance on security setup and data privacy settings.
- Assist with accessing the needs of all areas; working with the functional teams and IS to determine and execute appropriate strategies and effective utilization of the Workday system.
- Provide day to day and end user Workday support including but not limited to, business process configuration, calculated fields, report writing, security administration and upgrade testing.
- Evaluate reporting needs, providing recommendations, and assisting in preparing custom reports, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Assist Integration team with integrations for internal and third-party systems.
- Design, develop and maintain workflows for processes and approvals as needed.
- Document and provide training workflows in areas of Workday, including navigation, and areas of functionality as needed.
- Ensure data integrity through testing and performing periodic data audits.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the system capabilities through training, online community, product documentation.
- Provide insight and recommendations on future enhancements and modules BNE has yet to take advantage of.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field or (equivalent education/experience)
- Experience related to Workday Administration, Financials, HCM, Payroll or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize importance.
- Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
