Your Job:
As the Senior Demand Planning Data Analyst, you will play a strategic role in supporting the Demand Planning (DP) mission to deliver one accurate, collaborative, operational and strategic demand plan validated by Brooks leadership to drive service, inventory, and profitable growth.
You will own all DP data, analytics and reporting to enable data driven decision making, while also supporting Supply Planning and other cross-functional data and analytics, to bring concerted effort and efficiencies across the Integrated Planning teams. The Senior Demand Planning Data Analyst will define which inputs are used, how we obtain them, and how we can optimize planning using data.
You will be our SME in Kinaxis for data, analytics & reporting and have the critical role to ensure Kinaxis is providing the right information and visuals to drive decision, provide ideas to improve our forecasting methodology, and ensure excellence in operational and strategic demand planning to our stakeholders.
Your passion for continuous improvement will elevate the process and system/tool capabilities of the planning teams through a strong partnership with the DP Operational Teams, the DP Excellence Lead, and our Senior IT Analyst for Kinaxis.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $96,358 - $144,538 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
