Job Overview:
The Center for Rising Minds is a multi-disciplinary clinic, offering psychotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy for pediatric and adult populations, specializing in ADHD, Autism, and co-occurring disorders such as depression and anxiety. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with communication disorders via Telehealth or in the schools or homes of our pediatric patients.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adults
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and exercises
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CA State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Anatomy knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- Experience in patient care, case management, and working with pediatric and adult populations
-Experience in providing feeding therapy (strongly preferred)
-Experience in improving patients' social skills from a speech-language lens, in both individual and group speech therapy sessions.
- Familiarity with outpatient and school settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
