As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will ensure the successful execution of the client onboarding strategy and accelerate client adoption of our products and solutions. You will work with the client success team, the client training team, and the client integrations team to create effective project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure quick ROI for clients.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will:
- Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
- Help new customers through the onboarding process.
- Translate customer requests into business requirements.
- Set realistic timelines & expectations.
- Perform manual updates to client portals or websites.
- Understand customer context and goals, providing product information to best serve those goals.
- Eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals: product issues, poor implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps, or simply poor product understanding.
- Improve product adoption, customer retention, and help foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
- Assist customer support with customer issues and requests.
- Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
A great fit for this position has:
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Churnzero
- Prior track record of defining and optimizing processes
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, rapidly adapt and respond to client requests and timeline changes
- Prior teamwork ability within creative, product, and technical teams, and both internally and external clients
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- SaaS industry experience, preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel as needed.
