The Junior Project Manager (JPM) is a key project delivery role for CoreIntegrator. The JPM plays the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. The JPM is responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget. The JPM works closely with the customer, the sales team, and the technical team to build the development project plan and to execute that plan with a focus on meeting all customer time and budget commitments.
The JPM will need to work across multiple teams to ensure projects are meticulously organized, structured, tracked, managed, and delivered. The JPM will proactively provide executive status updates and consistently identify and remediate risks before they become an issue.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation of CoreIntegrator customer projects from the scoping, discovery, estimation, requirements, design, development, testing and go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
- Conduct project meetings and take responsibility for project deliverables.
- Plan and direct the team to execute schedules as well as manage costs within project budgets.
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Build strong, lasting relationships and strategic partnerships through exceptional client service.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to direct the analysis of, and solution to problems; meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
- Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers on all matters.
- Ensure deliverables meet project requirements; review deliverables with business stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Work with resource manager to ensure resource allocations to projects, identifying areas for staff augmentation.
- Manage 3rd-party relationships as needed.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing and final sign-off.
- Conduct post-mortems on projects and disseminate conclusions to the rest of the team.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as in project management
- A minimum of 2-3 years of Leadership experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating and prioritizing development tasks.
- Proven ability to work independently, and balance priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple assigned projects and tasks.
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Strong development, motivational, and negotiating skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly, manage the complexities of integrating new technologies and to lead the team to achieve objectives.
