PRODUCTION MANAGER
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations. Successful candidate will guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. This position is an integral part of the manufacturing process. The Production Manager must be able to comprehend complex operations and should be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Job Position Responsibilities
· Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
· Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees adherence to plan for the shift.
· Supervises and coordinates employees who produce, inspect, and pack molded parts.
· Monitor production staff and quotas to ensure that all team members follow established procedures and have necessary tools to meet expected production goals.
· Provide production data to management and analyze production performance data.
· Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and personnel requirements, implementing change as necessary.
· Provide training and educational materials to staff.
· Ensure compliance with ISO and SQF certifications.
· Conduct annual reviews for staff performance.
· Support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies / procedures.
. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations.
. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
. Proven experience as Production Manager or similar role
. Skilled in MS Office
. Organizational and leadership abilities
. Communication and interpersonal skills
. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
. Problem-solving skills
. High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in a related field will be an advantage

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
