Position Overview:
As a Dining Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our establishment's reputation for exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training service staff, orchestrating seamless food service, and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Leading by example, you'll exude a proactive, positive demeanor while prioritizing cleanliness, efficiency, and outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and attending to members and guests.
- Oversee various service formats, including a la carte dining, club events, and banquets.
- Lead event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution.
- Address and resolve dining service-related concerns and complaints.
- Supervise, train, and support dining staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between kitchen and dining room teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate dining room setup based on member counts and special guest requirements.
- Conduct pre-meal meetings to communicate updates, special requests, and menu changes.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment and efficiently manage closing duties.
- Uphold appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards of dining areas and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and budget to optimize resources and achieve financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the team on wine lists, beverage promotions, and menu updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in food and beverage operations or catering.
- Advanced knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, including familiarity with standard drink recipes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and execute them efficiently.

- Physical agility to meet job demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting.
