Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store owner in all aspects of store operations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Assist the store owner in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience
- Assist with stock and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the store owner to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail role, preferably as a key holder or similar position
- Strong knowledge of stock management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
- Solid understanding of retail store procedures and retail best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be comfortable working alone
