$28-35/hour | $58,240 - $72,800 Annualized : based upon licensures and/or experience
Seeking dynamic clinicians who will facilitate individual and group therapies, utilize crisis management skills and operate from a Trauma Informed perspective.Work with matching values of Healing, Empowerment, Acceptance, Respect, and Transformation (H.E.A.R.T). What We Need:
- Masters in Psychology, Counseling or related degree
- Two (2) plus years of experience in a clinical environment
- Fully licensed: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) preferred, LPCC accepted
- Within 12 months, obtain full Licensure
- Experience with substance abuse counseling preferred
- Familiarity with working within child welfare and justice systems
- Familiarity working with First Responders and their families.
- Collaborative and client centered experience
- Experience using Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
- Background, passion, and desire to work with clients with substance abuse, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
