Seasonailty: We are looking for work from roughly July - September. This time frame can be negotiated depending on individual needs.
Potential for full time work: There will be a potential for this job to become non-seasonal with expanded duties. This can be discussed with management during the interview process, as desired.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for: Seeking a personable, detail-oriented, organized individual to assist our service department and front office with administrative duties.
DUTIES
- Assisting our service department with administrative tasks - including paperwork flow, CRM database updates, service order updates and coordination, etc.
- Assisting our service department with customer communication coordination - including answering inbound calls and service requests, recording those discussions for service department review, and helping with outbound coordination calls, emails, and texts.
- Assisting our front office with administrative tasks - including phone answering and routing, paperwork flow, and organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED
-Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis
-Ability to notate service calls and deliver the relevant details to the service department manager
-Ability to take inbound calls and route them correctly
-Ability to work in a high paced environment
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Ability to listen, respond and effectively carry out instructions
-Attention to detail and ability to adhere to set procedures
-Ability to work unsupervised and self-manage time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
