Technical Support
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will support a crucial role in the Customer Service and repairing Weighing Scales, POS systems, Printer/Scanners and Cash Drawers. And need Bilingual in English and "Korean". You are trainable, and it doesn't matter if you're new or have no experience.
College students can also apply, and interns and those on a J1 visa and OPT can also apply.
We can sponsor an H1 or permanent resident card.
Responsibilities:
- The main job is the tech support to our online customer(Amazon, eBay, and etc)and our dealers. (Phone/email customer service).
- Good communication skills and follow-up with customers
- Bi-lingual Korean/English( Fluency in English, High school graduation)
- Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
