Outbound Sales Manager
This role is 100% commission based.
It’s Your World at Freebirds World Burrito! Freebirds is seeking a rock star candidate to develop new catering sales business.
The Outbound Sales Manager is a member of the Catering Team focused on promoting catering sales. This individual must have an enthusiastic, engaging personality with a “can do” attitude to get the job done.
This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with compensation at 10% (uncapped)of all new business acquired. This position reports to the Director of Catering and may include nights and weekends.
What’s the gig?
· Work closely with the Director of Catering to create a lead generation plan and follow through on new business acquisition.
· Utilize ZoomInfo Intent and Engage to prospect, qualify, and convert leads.
· Complete weekly recaps of sales initiatives.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.
Requirements
· Must have 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
· Possess a B.A./ B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Holds self to high standards of Integrity and Best in Class commitment to the guest experience.
- Demonstrate high level of communication, organization, and professionalism.
· Restaurant sales or event planning experience preferred.
· Must pass background check and have clean driving record.
- Impeccable email etiquette and grammar skills
