Customer Service
Rubber Track Solutions is the premier distributor of rubber tracks and undercarriage parts for construction and agriculture equipment. We are looking to add a member to our team to support our customer service department as we help our values customers daily. We are family owned business and the work environment reflects that. Each member of the team is considered part of the Rubber Track Solutions family.
The Customer Service position at Rubber Track Solutions is going to need to be filled by a dynamic individual, willing to take on different tasks and work effectively. The main functions of the Customer Service Representative is to assist customers and outside salespersons with the responsibilities listed below:
Core Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones to assist customers with product requests and provide solutions to problems they may be experiencing.
- Work with Microsoft 365 office suite to process requests and get applicable information
- Accurately setting up shipping, creating work orders and ordering product as necessary
- Assisting accounting department with daily accounting tasks
- Work in a team environment while maintaining flow over multiple offices.
- Able to assist with warehouse duties as necessary, less than 10% of time.
Requirements:
- Spirited, vigorous individual able to take on multiple tasks throughout the day
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner
- Ability to be a solutions provider to customer problems
- Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot issues.
- Love working with people.
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Experience:
Our ideal candidate has multiple years of general office experience, and/or in customer service. A background in construction or Agriculture equipment and parts sales is a bonus. A candidate with LTL freight experience is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required. Not having one or more of the skills listed does not disqualify a potential candidate from employment. Rubber Track Solutions will train the right individual.
Working Hours:
- 10:30am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
