Handy Dads Home Remodeling, LLC is looking for a part time, in-office and from home assistant to help with a variety of tasks. Looking for someone part time, but also willing to work extra as business requires. A desire to provide excellent customer service, ability to multi-task and a careful eye for detail are critical qualities for job success. Some knowledge of project management and residential construction and/or personal experience with home remodeling is required.
Some of the duties include:
- Scheduling crews and customers
- Answering customer questions
- Coordinating subs for projects
- Creating estimates using sub-contractor bids
- Follow up with prospects after estimate has been sent to answer questions and help convert prospect to customer
- Communicate with customers/subs/vendors via phone, text and email
- Handle customer concerns and any problems that arise
- Assist with permitted projects
- Other misc. tasks as needed
- Must be friendly and customer focused. This is a critical skill. Must enjoy working with people and enjoy talking over the phone. You must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Must be able to respond to all inquiries quickly. Must be dependable and accountable while at work and have consistent prior work experience.
- 30 day evaluation period
- Paid twice monthly
- Hours/Days required - 3 to 5 hours per day 5 days a week (M - F). Some additional time may be required as work dictates. Occasionally, communication or scheduling with customers or subs is required on Saturdays. If so, time required is minimal.
