ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling customers prior to processing to ensure all orders are received.
- Process orders and prepare picks for night-shift.
- Backup customer service and switch board as needed and during lunch and breaks.
- Code credits/debits with route numbers.
- Filing, copying, sorting and other misc. office duties.
- A team player that will assist others and eager to take on other responsibilities and tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel required.
- Ability to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy in handling any complaints/situations
- Knowledge of customer service skills preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
- AS400 experience desirable.
