Job Summary
- This position is responsible for data entry and miscellaneous duties as assigned. Including, but not limited to:
- Assisting Network Management staff with the enrollment & recredential process
- Maintaining required credentialing documents
- Work with pharmacies to ensure timely completion and return of required documents
Essential Job Functions
- Customer service calls including credentialing questions, licensure renewals, disciplinary action, etc.
- Assist Network Coordinator with PBM Requests including but not limited to researching employees, licenses, and updating information in the database.
- Aid pharmacies in completing enrollment/recredential paperwork as applicable based on member status including: New Enrollment, CHOW, PSAO Change, Re-enrollment, Chain code switch, Legal/EIN Change
- Credentialing function including verification of licensure with state, DEA, state narcotics, professional & general liability, and employee licenses, and data entry of pharmacy information
- Maintenance of electronic pharmacy files
- Maintain the department and individual notes report as applicable
- Maintain compliance queue as assigned
- Manage shared & individual inboxes and address issues as they arise
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management: Examples are: special projects, PDMS data entry clean up, NCPDP updates
- Assist in the FWA review process as needed to gather information for the committee
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
- High School Graduate, some college preferred
- Two or more years’ experience in an administrative, clerical, business environment

Physical requirements/Working Conditions
- This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:
- Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity
- Normal office environment, remote
