Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in construction management.
- Professional Engineer (P.E) qualification or equivalent preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Direct or indirect management of multiple complex construction projects.
- Ability to conceptualize and design innovative solutions for technical and functional projects within the construction realm.
- Broad understanding of business operations and proficiency in implementing and leading organizational change within project scopes.
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex program proposals and reports to executive-level management and/or the Board.
- Participative management style and proven leadership skills in multicultural environments.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Expert-level technical knowledge in construction management.
- Ability to interface with personnel across various levels, including executive management, customers, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual matters, with the ability to utilize written contracts to comprehend obligations, risks, and delivery requirements.
- Comfortable with conflict resolution inherent in leadership roles.

Travel/Schedule Requirements:
- Job is hybrid remote position with up to 20% travel required for periods of time
- Typical work schedule is M-F 8AM-5PM, but extended hours may be required from time to time depending projects ongoing.
