The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for an experienced Maintenance Manager for an apartment community! We’re looking for a passionate and highly-motivated skilled Maintenance Technician. What you’ll be doing
The Maintenance Manager oversees the property in the areas of inspection, maintenance, and repair. Ideally, their time is involved in leading and managing the completion of routine, daily tasks and projects. Their responsibilities include:
· Facilitate the diagnosis of problems and provide training for repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.
· Responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of each community meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
· Ensure all decisions are made with safety, appearance, and operational efficiency in mind that fall within budgeted financial goals.
· Responsible for scheduling the quick turnaround of vacated apartments for occupancy.
· Demonstrate exceptional customer service when interfacing with residents and their team.
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Leadership experience, or relative.
- Have reliable transportation and/or a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to submit a background check.
- EPA and CPO certifications
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day/Night shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed – on call rotation
