Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PLUS On Call/Weekend/Night Rotation with a BONUS for each call handled.
This position requires some flexibility for on-call after-hours and weekend scheduling rotation and is bonus eligible!
Purpose:
Directly responsible for all tire related services throughout fleet including mounting, installation, inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all tire related services throughout fleet including mounting, installation, inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation. Very Physical Position.
- Ensuring preventative maintenance best practices including yard checks, visual inspections, tread depth checks, air pressure checks, identifying abuse and irregular wear patterns, and all related documentation.
- Following the proper guidelines for the mounting and dismounting of tires (including inflation and deflation).
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work in fast pace physical environment, must have ability to lift over 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license, with a clean driving record, and ability to drive a commercial truck.
- Must beavailable for on-call and after hour service rotation, and own reliable transportation.

Work Environment:
- This position routinely requires moderate to extreme physical exertion and may require prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- The Tire Technician is exposed to extreme weather conditions and the shop environment, as well as traffic during road calls.
- The hours and physical demand may vary by location.

$17+ per hour Based on Experience -On call Bonus -Profit Sharing Bonus
