Job Description
This position requires a driven and passionate individual who has a competitive mindset and a passion for excellence - a high-energy professional who has experience leading sales teams and providing excellent customer experiences.
This role is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and driving gross profit targets for each transaction. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, assisting, and closing deals while providing mentoring, guidance, and leadership. This position is responsible for overseeing hiring, training, and mentoring of the sales team, strategizing, and tracking sales goals, and actively selling high-end vehicles to high profile clientele.

About Your Role
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Assist with closing of deals, recovering lost deals, and working with repeat clients.
- Set personal goals for Sales Executives, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Create relationships with high-net-worth customers and provide an exemplary customer experience.
- Manage Certified Pre-Owned, Used, and Consignment inventory.
- Assess trade-in values and work with third-party wholesalers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI),
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
- Follow-up on sales leads, lost sales, and the database of potential repeat customers by working effectively with Sales Executives.
- Proficiency with inventory management for new and used vehicles.
- Utilize company CRM platform to monitor deal progress, review sales team calls, and manage Sales Executive KPIs.
- Create processes and standard procedures.
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide advice and guidance to improve performance.
- Coordinate and lead sales meetings.
- Manage after-hours communications via email or cell phone.
- Establish and maintain standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.

- Ability to work over 40 hours per week, on call as needed evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to travel to company events as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales management experience in a luxury industry (automotive, boating, aerospace, jewelry, fine art, real estate).
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Physical Demands (to include but not limited to)
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment including computers, office equipment, telephone, cameras, lighting, etc.
- Sit for long periods of time working at a desk, boardroom table, or at a computer.
- Walk long distances across shop floor.
- Must be able to see details of objects from a distance, example: identifying numbers on computer screen
- Ability to lift, carry, and place items up to 20 pounds without assistance.
- Occasional reaching overhead and below knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.

- $70,000 base salary, $70,000 commission potential and $20,000 bonus potential.
