Key responsibility areas include inventory, purchasing, preparation, scheduling, staff training along with general day to to operations including hosting, food running, table touching, and helping to refine all areas of service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Bar Responsibilities
- Ongoing training and oversight for all bartenders and barbacks throughout their shifts.
- Quarterly testing of all bartenders
- Liquor Program
- Taking weekly inventory
- Overseeing Inventory management
- Ordering all beer, wine, liquor
- Calculate last week's usage to determine pars
- Organizing/labeling all spirits, wines, beers, etc.
- Ordering all related materials (garnish, straws, glassware, etc.)
- Inventory and order sodas, coffees, and teas.
- Inventory and order all related materials (coffee cups, espresso beans, coffee filters, etc.)
- Bar Prep
- Oversee and execute weekly bar prep items
- Skillfully follow recipes and produce all necessary prep weekly
- Venue Maintenance
- Bar/service bar/liquor room is kept clean and organized at all times
- Weekly maintenance checks with weekly reports letting us know all equipment is working properly
· Liaise with the kitchen staff for food items/orders
· Constantly work to improve the standards and service at the bar
· Train and guide new staff
· Handle guest service issues in an immediate and professional manner
· Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner
· Act in a professional manner
· Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork
· Other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3years of related management or supervisor experience in the restaurant industry.
· Previous hospitality Industry experience required. Craft beer and craft cocktail experience a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the manager is required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. The employee may frequently be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch for the duration of shift. The ability to balance will also be required in the delivery of food and drinks. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications:
3 years in the hospitality industry as a Manager or supervisor in recent years. Heavy concentration on service.
Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holiday and nights.
