Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is looking to hire a Quality Engineer Associate to support our Fort Worth, TX site.
The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following:
Analyze, resolve, monitor, and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs
Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer
Act as the Program Quality Engineer liaison to LM Production sites
Act as Supplier Quality Engineer for minor suppliers
Attend program site and supplier meetings
Identify trends, assists in problem resolution, contain and dispositioning non-conforming hardware
Identify appropriate root cause and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence
Perform assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures, and ISO-9001/AS9100
Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality related issues
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customer, supplier, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met
Basic Qualifications:
STEM Degree at the Bachelor Level from an accredited college/ university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Effective Communication (written, oral, listening), Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Travel (typically around 25%; varies)
Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance
Ability to Work Individually and as a Team Player
Desired Skills:
Ability to Interpret Drawings, Specifications, Contracts
Understanding of Geometric, Dimension, & Tolerancing
Demonstrate Understanding of Audit Techniques
Engineering or Quality Assurance Experience
Experience in Dispositioning Non-conformances
Experience with Process Capability Analysis
Lean/ Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
Test Engineering, Test Equipment Experience
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection
Experience with AS9145 APQP & PPAP
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
