Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and Executive Assistant. This unique hybrid role requires a blend of analytical skills and administrative expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to support business decisions and provide executive-level assistance to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.
- Use statistical methods to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Executive Assistance:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing files, and maintaining office organization.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Prior experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
