Overview:
The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan his/her shifts

Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols

Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation

Assist the General Manager

Coach and lead a team with no supervision

Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
- Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy

Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints

Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures

Open/close restaurant

Assist with inventory (logging)

Assist with staffing needs

Assist with controllables and labor

Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.

Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be fluent in English & Spanish

Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience

Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for long periods

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification

Ability to work with computers
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies

Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Must pass background check
Pay Range: USD $13.50 - USD $14.00 /Hr.
