Seeking an entry-level office assistant. Responsible for searching a database (Microsoft Access) and locating matching paper records. Attention to detail and computer skills utilizing Microsoft Access and internet record searches important. Ability to utilize a step stool or ladder to pull archived paper records. Good handwriting a plus! Miscellaneous backup support for greeting customers, answering phones, and calling funeral homes. Friendly work environment in a small family business.
20-25 hours per week. Preferably mornings M-F
