This position will manage our award winning Lobby Bar & Grill
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily direction of staff, organizing work assignments and conducting pre-shift meetings, maintaining profitability and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The right candidate will be a poised and organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with customers and staff to create an exceptional dining experience. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

This is a position for a seasoned restaurant manager, prior management experience in an upscale full-service restaurant is required.
Hotel experience is preferred but not required.
Must have a expert knowledge of high-end service, food, wine & cocktails. A well-polished professional appearance, exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be organized and detailed oriented. Must be available to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays.
