Position Description Summary:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the daily execution of:
- Providing First Class Service to every customer
- Drive the company’s brand loyalty
- Partnering with the General manager to ensure consistent and timely execution of company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership to various teams, including and not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management of team members.
- Accountable for KPIs as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Put the customer first at all times (internal and external)
- Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
- POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
