Job Description
The Assistant Manager helps manage the day-to-day operations of Big Deal Outlet. This person is an energetic, self-starter who is interested in managing a great team. Come gain priceless management experience as you grow within the company. The position requires someone with a positive attitude, a track record of honesty and integrity, and the ability to manage a team of employees. You will assist the Store's General Manager manage a team of 7 - 13 employees, along with assisting the complete responsibility of store operations.
What You Will Do:

Recruiting

Continual employee training

Shift scheduling

Gaining a deep understanding of the companies Point of Sale (POS) system

Resolve customer and employee grievances

Daily opening and closing procedures
-
Cash handling, and other responsibilities pertaining to the day-to-day operations of a retail establishment
All other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:

High school Diploma or equivalent
